This is absolutely vital for a new job. A good induction ensures you settle in and starts to contribute quickly and confidently.  Professionally organised and delivered induction is your first impression of us and our commitment - it's also an excellent opportunity to reinforce your decision to come and work with us!

Your manager is responsible for planning your personal induction.  You will have a three month induction plan and regular reviews of your progress to ensure it’s refined to suit your particular needs.
